AUSTIN FILM SOCIETY PRESENTS: BLOW UP

Film lovers united September 23 to travel back to the swinging 60s with a special screening of Michelangelo Antonioni’s classic, BLOW UP, presented by the Austin Film Society. Guests were treated to a 60s themed cocktail bar and complimentary hair and nail bar provided by Aveda Institute that styled looks based on the era’s trends. Ned Rifkin, former Director of the Blanton Museum and art history scholar at UT, gave a short introduction.
